Processing

Once we receive your order, please allow 24-48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will immediately receive a shipping number.

Please note, your tracking number will update once the carrier has received the package and it is successfully processed in their system.

Worldwide shipping is available.

Please allow 1-7 days for domestic shipping.

To ensure your package arrives at the advertised time, please make sure your address and all required information is correct when checking out. Correct street numbers, apartment numbers, abbreviations, and buildings are very important for ensuring you receive you delivery on time. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the buyer's package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is fully responsible and must notify us as well as cover the cost to reship the package.

əˈlo͝or Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Once a package is in possession of the carrier, we no longer have control of the package.
